Who we Are

Medciphers is a multi-service health-care company dedicated to serving both English and non-English speaking communities by providing home care, translation and interpretation services, non-emergency transportation, skilled nursing and personal support aides. Our mission is to ensure all patients receive the highest quality of care, regardless of their language, culture, race or religion.

What We Do

We work with hospitals, case management organizations, physician offices, home health agencies and other health-care providers to improve healthcare delivery to our patients. Our integrated programs allow our partner organizations to be more efficient, reduce their costs and develop new sources of revenue.
Medciphers coordinates our service delivery with our strategic partners to increase and improve the quality of healthcare we give to our patients, so that they can remain safe and comfortable in their homes.

We view patients as part of our own family and always want to go the extra step to providing them with the best care possible.

We’re here to help every step of the way with difficult cases. And for those who do not speake English, we offer non-english speaking expertise and professional customer service.

Our programs integrate office visits, in-home care, and transportation in order to best fit your needs.

Our systems are designed to assist hospitals and healthcare providers with managing the problems of language and cultural barriers.

Our high-quality programs can help you resolve any language-based challenges you encounter with other home healthcare services.

We strive to provide our clients with the best healthcare experience possible. Read what some of them have to say.

Spanish is my primary language, as well as my mothers. I have only just begun using Medciphers but I couldn’t help but cry and hug my mother’s new CNA when we started using her. Just to know that someone will be there to help with her, and all the services that they can provide, is such a huge relief and weight off of my shoulders.

I just became a client at Medciphers and was assigned Cassandra Brewton as my CNA. I have been paralyzed since 2016. Since becoming disabled, I have had a number of CNAs between Georgia and Florida but Cassandra is one of the best that I have had. She is always on time and treats me with respect. She never hesitates to ask if I need anything when she arrives and when she leaves. I am beyond pleased to have Medciphers as my agency and feel blessed to have Cassandra as my CNA.

I was unable to get a hospital bed in my home for months. My patient care provider was unable to assist. I called Medciphers and one of their case managers took over. After she took the case, I received my bed within the month. I called my Case Manager, crying tears of joy.
